  • Unmodernised single unit houses and flats in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) and Westminster with potential to extend/refurbish/add value. With or without planning permission. Purchase values from £3,000,000 to £20,000,000.
  • Multi-unit apartment schemes in RBKC, Westminster, Camden, Hammersmith and Fulham. Potential to refurbish/extend/add value. With or without planning permission. Purchase values from £3,000,000 to £50,000,000.
  • Commercial buildings with the potential to convert to residential use - single and multi-unit schemes. With or without planning permission. All over London. Purchase values up to £50,000,000.
  • Forward Purchase Schemes - Gallagher UK will forward purchase blocks of 8 - 100 units in Zones 1, 2 and 3 from other developers. Smaller unit schemes of 1 or 2 bedrooms are preferable at a purchase price of sub £1,200 per sq.ft.

Our proven track record and financial position has resulted in Gallagher London being approached  by a number of other developers and property owners to enter into a series of Joint Ventures. Our market knowledge and experience in planning and high end development means that we can add value to all manner of projects and are able to quickly identify good deals. We are always happy to speak to potential JV partners on a project specific or more general basis.
